The Insight:
Audiences didn't know how well engineered and sustainable IKEA’s products were.
The Solution:
Introducing the creative platform “Good for Me, Good for the Planet.”
The hero of this spot is a sad little bottle and a cast of merry little friends, oh and of course the GUNRID curtain,
just one of the many IKEA sustainable products. Not only is the GUNRID curtain made from recycled plastic bottles, it also purifies the air in your home. The film tells the story of a sad little discarded plastic bottle on its journey to becoming this unique curtain.
This project rolled out regionally across China, Japan, and South Korea and is part of IKEA’s new global focus on sustainability and affordability.
