Shoes Are Boring. Wear Sneakers.
2012 saw Converse launch their new global brand campaign " Shoes are boring. Wear Sneakers."
There are two different ways of living in this world – as a “shoe” person or as a “sneaker” person. Shoes are safe, predictable, and content with conformity. Sneakers take risks, venture out into the world, and make the interesting happen. Sneakers live without reservation or restraint. They are never boring.
Main role as art director for phase 2, guest artist art director creating illustration for the campaign, with a staring role painting grafitti in the print, social extentions, grafitti activitaion “Converse Clash Walls”.

“How to” video take over, We created multiple weird and wonderful “how to” videos and uploaded them to Youtube.

As part of the “Shoes are Boring, Wear Sneakers” creative platform artists were chosen in key cities to paint murals proving that sneakers where anything but boring.
The content was based from consumers social media posts of what they would like to see painted on the wall. Fans would hash tag #sneakerclash with their suggestions and the artist reinterpreted them into their own style.
